My Review :
Tasty and easy-to-prepare snack. Just microwave it in the oven for 30 seconds (can vary depending on the type of your microwave), and voila – the papad is ready! Although one has to be a little careful since the papad is very thin and can get burnt/done unevenly. The best bet is to deep fry it, but then again the oil 😛. Also, I feel that this papad is best enjoyed by topping it up with finely diced onions, tomatoes, coriander, some chilly powder and a pinch of salt 🤤
The Earth Reserve mentions that the papads are made from wholesome and organically grown jackfruit ( Certified organic by USDA, India Organic and Indocert.) The raw jack fruit is boiled, mashed, pressed and sun-dried to prepare tasty jackfruit papad. A dash of chilli powder is added for a touch of flavor. Yum!
Next, I have been wanting to try the banana one, but it seems to out of stock for a very long time. Will get that whenever it comes on stock.
So, for now, go ahead, grab the jackfruit ones and enjoy!
